Our modern, multi-studio complex offers a range of spaces and two meeting rooms.  From intimate meeting room spaces, to booking out our whole facility, Clean Break is available to hire for a variety of events. Perfect for workshops, filming, rehearsals, meetings and creative days and what your imagination can conjure.

Studio 1

9.5m x 5.5m space | Seated capacity 30 | Active sessions capacity 20

Studio 1 is a large, natural light-filled and versatile space with everything you need for making a great event. The space benefits from semi-sprung wooden floor and full length wall-mirrors. Access to our beautiful garden courtyard adds to the experience and in the Green Room you’ll find a separate break out space.

Free amenities include Wifi, access to printer and scanner, chairs and tables, AV facilities including LED screen and sound system (subject to availability), Goodmans Soundbar.

Studio 2

8m x 7m space | Capacity 20

Studio 2 is a dynamic room, ideal for your next creative workshop, rehearsal or meeting. The space benefits from semi-sprung wooden floor and full length wall-mirrors. Access to our beautiful garden courtyard adds to the experience and in the Green Room you’ll find a separate break out space. Due to limited ventilation, Studio 2 is not suitable for large groups of highly physical activities.

Free amenities include Wifi, access to printer and scanner, chairs and tables, AV facilities including LED screen and sound System (subject to availability), Goodmans Soundbar.

Studio 3

9.5m x 5.5m space | Seated capacity 50 | Active sessions capacity 25

On the ground floor is Studio 3, our Black-box–style space, with semi-sprung floor and free-standing dance mirrors, a space that’s perfect for rehearsals. With private access and dedicated kitchenette facilities for all your tea and coffee needs, this this the perfect space for your next event. Studio 3 is often booked out quickly, so don’t delay.

Studio 4

8m x 4m space | Capacity 1-20

This is our most intimate studio located on the 2nd floor with private entrance and direct access to our kitchenette. The space is accessible by a lift, to ease any access needs. Studio 4 is refurbished with large windows and the perfect size for private meetings, castings, writing classes and more.

Free amenities include Wifi, access to printer and scanner, chairs and tables, AV facilities including LED screen and sound System (subject to availability), Goodmans Soundbar.

Workspace and Meeting Room

Are you looking for a work environment that’s creative and inspirational? Our flexible workspace has played host to playwrights, writers, producers and directors who have found sanctuary in our all-woman environment. This hybrid workspace / meeting room has two desks with chairs and a comfortable meeting set-up with two armchairs and a coffee table. Access to Wifi included.

Meeting Room

Designed with the principles of our trauma informed practice in mind, meeting room 2 is contemporary, comfortable, and welcoming. Perfect for counsellors, therapists and private meetings who are looking for a sanctuary of safety.
